Video: Tekken Blood Vengeance Teaser Trailer

(Notes: I really struggled to find words to describe this epic trailer.)

Finally, Katsuhiro Harada announced their latest project. It's not a new game folks, but its a brand new Tekken CGI film! Entitled "Tekken: Blood Vengeance", this will be an action-packed, epic CGI film to watch out for!

This time, Namco Pictures will be at the helm of the production,  and top names in CGI and anime will be behind the film. The film will be directed by Namco's own Youichi Mouri, the guy behind Tekken 5 and 6's opening cinematics; Dai Sato of Cowboy Bebop and Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex, will be behind the screenplay; and Digital Frontier, the guys behind Resident Evil: Degeneration will handle production.

From the looks of the trailer, an epic battle between Jin Kazama and Kazuya Mishima will ensue, causing tons of mayhem and destruction, and knowing Namco, I bet this film will be as epic as the series itself. This is a really good move for Namco as they will have more say on the story and production, compared to last year's shitty Hollywood Tekken movie.

It will be coming out Summer of 2011, so its really soon and I hope it will be coming out in the Philippines as well. It will also be shown in Digital 3D, so wow, Bravo Namco!
