Soul Calibur VI Review (PS4) - A tale eternally retold indeed
After missing some sword-clashing action for almost 6 years, Soul Calibur makes a graceful return to form with its latest entry Soul Calibur VI, which is also its first outing in the current gen platforms. This latest installment acts as a reboot to the entire series, expanding on the story told in the original game, while retaining features that pushed the series further in previous main-line games. But will this retelling of the eternal tale of souls and swords stand out amongst the relatively fresher fighting games out there? Here’s our full review of Soul Calibur VI.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Review (PS4)
They really weren’t kidding when they titled this game “Odyssey”. After sinking in almost 60 or so hours, there’s still plenty of stuff to do in this vast, open world Ubisoft has created for this latest installment of the Assassin’s Creed franchise. But is bigger necessarily better? Here’s my review of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

Review: Huawei GR5 2017
An Awesome Camera
Hides in a Mid-Range Smartphone
If you’re the type that loves to take lots of photos with
your camera, but doesn’t want to break the bank just to buy top-of-the-line
smartphones of DSLRs, then Huawei may just have the perfect device you are
looking for. The Huawei GR5 2017, not to be mistaken with Huawei’s earlier
iteration of the GR5, takes the dual camera tech popularized by its
higher-range brother Huawei P9, which enables it to take beautiful photos,
despite the mid-range frame and specs. So if you’re interested, join me as we
take a closer look at the device.

Review: Resident Evil VII: Biohazard (PS4)
A Refreshing Take and
Back To Basics Approach on Survival Horror. MINOR SPOILERS AHEAD.
It’s been more than 5 years since we’ve seen a new Resident
Evil game. It has been quite some time too since I last enjoyed playing one
(Resident Evil 5 – no matter how absurd punching a rock is). Resident Evil VII:
Biohazard (Fun fact: It’s named Biohazard: Resident Evil in Japan… whut), takes
a step to a whole new different direction by making a first-person, um,
shooter? (Not quite), popularized by other noteworthy survival horror games
like Amnesia and Outlast, and oh boy, I haven’t had this much fun playing
survival horror games in years.

Review: Assassin's Creed (Film)

Image from foxmovies.com
Nothing is True, Everything is Permitted.
When it was announced a couple of years back , I got so excited at the prospect of an Assassin’s Creed film produced by Ubisoft themselves, with a brilliant actor like Michael Fassbender headlining the film at that. I wondered, will this finally break the curse of video game movies?

Review: L.A. Noire (PS3 Version)
1947. It’s the City of Angels, Los Angeles, California. In a post-war, up-and-coming metropolis bustling with fancy cars, soothing Jazz music, conservatively dressed dames, and the glamour of Hollywood, nothing is what it seems. Underneath the city’s elegance and progress lies a string of lies, deceit, corruption, an ever expanding power of a criminal underworld, and violent crime constantly plaguing the city and its inhabitants. In this city, someone has to set things right. For Cole Phelps, it’s just another day at the office.

Review: Dragon Age II (Console Version)
Dragon Age II is a fantastic and fast paced action RPG focusing on how one person changed the course of history of an entire world, with your quest of rising to power only hindered by an initial lack of direction, and overly simplified mechanics compared to its predecessor.
