News: PS3 Optional System Update Now Up!

System update 3.65 for the PS3 is now up! It's optional, but if you still want to download it, check out the details and the download links (for PC-USB update method) after the break!

If you have both the PSP and PS3 game systems, then this optional system update for the PS3 may be for you. Optional system update 3.65 is now up for download via both PS3 and PC update methods, and features minor tweaks such as changing the Saved Data Utility for Minis to Saved Data Utility (Minis / PSP). You can now backup your PSP games on your PS3 with this new feature. Plus, system stability for some PS3 software has been improved.

For those who update their systems via USB flash drive method, you can download the update file from the following links. Just click the link of the region of your system.
On your USB flash drive, create a folder named “PS3” on the storage media or USB device. Within the PS3 folder, create a folder named “UPDATE”. Save the update file in the "UPDATE" folder as “PS3UPDAT.PUP”. Plug the device to the PS3, and go to the settings menu on the home menu / XMB. Select system update, and select the "Update via Storage Media".
