Last week, EA and DICE revealed some teaser trailers for their upcoming Battlefield title, Battlefield 3. They must have figured that these were very short trailers, and so they released another one. This time, its a full length gameplay trailer unleashing the awesomeness of their new Frostbite 2 engine. Here's Episode 1 of the Fault Line trailer series: Bad Part of Town:
The graphical prowess of their new engine is really intense, taking the game to a whole new level of realism. The lighting effects (see those rays of light when they entered the building? and the dust?!) textures, and subtle details like the gun scratches are very realistically rendered. Even their movements also look so natural! The level of detail in this game is so amazing, I've never seen anything like this in any other game yet.
So, what do you think? We're you also blown away like that guy in the end?

That is THE MOST realistic graphics I have seen so far..damn! Like they said: R.I.P. COD lol!
