There were only a few characters in the world of video games that have shared their entire lives with us gamers. But I can only think of one game that have let us witness a character's birth, experienced his teen years, and guide him to be the man he is destined to be. In Ubisoft's short film, Assassin's Creed Embers, we see Ezio Auitore da Firenze, one of the most memorable video game characters, in his twilight years and shares with us the closing chapter of his story. In Embers, we see an older Ezio living happily with his family. Now time is running short for him, and he fears someone is out there to hunt him down. The short film will be included in the Animus and Collector's Editions of Assassin's Creed Revelations, as well as the Signature Edition in the US (with pre-order from Gamestop), and will also be available for download on PSN and Xbox Live when Revelations is released Nov. 15, 2011.
