Video: Counter Strike: Global Offensive Debut Trailer

Counter Strike: Global Offensive gets a debut trailer, revealing a number of features we can expect from the game when it launches this coming 2012. All-new visuals - check. More game modes - check. More guns - big check. Ranked match making - well ok, but check as well. Cross platform play - Now that's what I'm freakin' talking about!

While the visuals of the game doesn't really excite me that much (besides, CS wasn't really known for its graphics), I'm really excited about the cross platform play feature. With this feature, PC, Mac and console players can shoot each other's heads off using their weapon of choice for FPS games - may it be a mouse and keyboard on the PC or Mac, or a controller on a console. After having getting used to playing FPS games on a console, I'm probably going to have a lot more trouble playing it on PC.

I'm definitely excited with what kind of guns their bringing into the game, as well as the new game modes their going to include. Hoping that this game will bring back more of the good ol' fun we had 10 years ago.
